PEER SUPPORT PROGRAMME
for Swiss and Edelweiss cabin crew

We are here for you ...

We are a service using trained volunteer cabin crew to support their colleagues. Our volunteers are here to listen without judgement. Many issues can be resolved before they become a problem by talking to someone who is a trained listener and knows what it's like to be cabin crew.

Your Peer Support Programme is governed to the highest professional and medical standards of confidentiality. It is administered by the leading specialists in this field, the Centre for Aviation Psychology and the volunteers are supported by the SWISS Psychological Advisor for Flight Safety, advising them on available, local resources.

People use this service for lots of issues - they don't have to be the biggest problems in the world. If you're feeling unsure about making contact, our advice is to give it a go. The only commitment you are making at this stage is to have an initial conversation with someone who will be a good listener and help you to decide what to do next.
